Arts Society King
“Arts Society King” an organization fostering inspiration, understanding and appreciation for the arts, heritage and nature in King Township

Cold Creek Conservation Area
Cold Creek Conservation Area is located is located 3.5 Km north of the King Road on the 11th Concession and south of the 16th Sideroad Township of King. Visit anytime to enjoy 6.5km marked nature trail complete with informational signage.

Dufferin Marsh
The Dufferin Marsh is a small wetland located on the east side of Main St. The Marsh has flourished over the years, despite adjacent development, and is currently undergoing a process of environmental renewal.

Hospice King / Aurora
Hospice King-Aurora is a visiting hospice that provides supportive care, respite care, and grief support, including one-to-one telephone support for adults. A lending library offers books, audio tapes, and video tapes.

Lloydtown Rebellion Association
The Lloydtown Rebellion Association is dedicated to the celebration of the memory of the Lloydtown men who fought for democracy in the Upper Canada Rebellion of 1837.

Oak Ridges Trail Association
The main objective of the Oak Ridges Trail Association is to develop and secure the Oak Ridges Trail, thereby promoting an appreciation and respect for the Moraine's ecological, cultural and scenic integrity, with the aim of retaining a trail corridor in its natural state. The Association organizes hikes on the Oak Ridges Moraine and disributes a quarterly newsletter in to its members.

Schomberg Agricultural Fair
The Schomberg Agricultural Society is a venerable institution in King Township. In May 2008, the Agricultural Board will present the 158th Annual 4 day Schomberg Agricultural Fair.
